Why won't he sleep?!?

Cooper went to bed at 9:30. He was tired. His eyes were red. He asked to go to sleep. "Daddy read a book." Daddy read several books. 10:00, "Want more milk." Daddy got another bottle of milk. 10:20 - 10:45, "Where's mommy?" "Where's Uncle Curt?" "Does Murphy have a trailer hitch?" "Cooper touch outlets?" "Want more milk." "Wake up Daddy." 11:00, Daddy is downstairs and Cooper is still asking questions, only this time to Mommy.
